We reserve the right to remove any guest who is not following the posted rules, acting in a way that is dangerous to themselves or other guests, and who ignores the instructions of the team members. No refunds will be issued to guest who violate the rules and terms outlined here and posted around our facility, and their actions cause their visit to be terminated.  Failure to have a valid waiver and pass will subject the guest to removal for trespassing at this facility.
